Lists of loose leaf teas.

Hi there, I went to the store to buy some more teas for remedies, powders and wards and here and there tricks.
I figured I would give a list of teas that will help the mind and body, instead of trying to brew a magic powder for transfiguration. So! Here's a few of my favorite teas that anyone can live by!

White Teas:
  • -Most Antioxidants 
  • -Great for Skin
  • -May prevent cancer

-Silver Needle - Steep in 175F water for 4-5 mins.
-Flavored White - Steep in 175F for 1-2 mins.
-White Ayurvedic Chai - Steep in 175F for 2 mins.
-Silver Yin Zhen Pearls - Steep in 175F for 4-5 mins.

Green Teas:
  • Helps prevent cancer.
  • Boosts immune system.
  • Regulates blood sugar levels.
-Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls - Steep at 175F for 2 mins.
-Huang Shan Mao Feng Reserve - Steep 175F for 1 min.
-Gyokuro Imperial - Steep at 175F for 30 - 45 sec.

    Oolong Teas:
    • Good for your stomach.
    • Speeds up metabolism and aids in weight loss.
    • Good for skin and teeth.
    -Jasmine Oolong - Steep at 195F for 3 mins.
    -Eastern Beauty - Steep at 195F for 3 mins.
    -Dan Cong - Steep at 195F for 3 mins.
    -Monkey Picked Oolong - Steep for 195F for 3 mins.

    Black Teas:

    • Prevents heart disease and strokes.
    • Good for lowering blood pressure and cholesterol.
    -Ying Ming Yunnan
    -Earl Grey
    -Kangaroo Lapsang

    Mate Teas:

    • 100% caffeinated bush.
    • Curbs appetite.
    • 21vitamins and minerals.
    -Yerba Mate.


    Rooibos Teas:

    • Red bush from South Africa.
    • Aids in digestion.
    • Aids in combating allergies.
    • A lot of vitamins.


    Herbal Teas:
    • Fruity infused contains hibiscus and rosehips which is very good for the immune system and contains vitamin C. 
    • The dried fruits contains antioxidants, and ginger is good for the stomach.
    -Anything really, from Strawberry lemonade to my favorite Raspberry riot and Apple, Lemon, Pomegranate.
